Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This English translation is provided for information only. The Turkish version is the binding text; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
By using Biranda you accept these terms. In short: albums are for the memories of a celebration. There is no place at all for obscene, violent, hateful or harassing content, or for content shared without another person's permission; such content is removed and the person who shared it is blocked.
1. The service
Biranda lets event hosts (the couple) collect photos and videos from their guests with a QR code, approve them and show them in an album and a slideshow, and manage a guest list and RSVP replies. The service is provided by Fuse Digital Advertising. Guests upload without creating an account; couples sign in with an email code.
We no longer accept new physical product, printing or shipping orders. Records of any past printed card orders are preserved; this change does not remove rights arising from those orders.
2. Content rules
It is forbidden to upload, share or send:
- Obscene or sexual content; any inappropriate image involving children
- Content that contains or encourages violence, self-harm or illegal acts
- Hate speech, harassment, threats or humiliation targeting a person or group
- Private images taken without a person's consent or that they do not want shared
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or personality rights
- Advertising, spam, malware
Content that breaks these rules may be removed without waiting for a report; the uploader is blocked and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities.
3. Reporting and blocking
- Anyone who sees the album can report a photo to us and to the couple with the "Report" button. A photo reported by more than one person is hidden until the review is complete.
- The couple can hide all of a guest's photos, block them from uploading again and report a photo to us.
- We review reports within 24 hours at the latest and either remove the content or leave it in place.
- Anyone who wants a photo removed can write to merhaba@biranda.net.
4. The couple's responsibility
The couple is responsible for what is published in their event's album: they can keep approval on, hide photos or delete them. They use the contact details of the people they add to the guest list only for the purpose of inviting them.
5. Payments
- Payment options on the website: Card payments via iyzico are currently unavailable. See the Distance Sales Agreement.
- In the mobile app, digital products are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. For these purchases, payment, billing and refunds are subject to the rules of the store concerned; refund requests are made to the store. If the store approves a refund, the product concerned is closed.
6. Mobile app
If the app was downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies; these terms apply together with it. Apple and Google are not providers of this service and are not responsible for support.
7. Account and deletion
You can delete your account at any time on the dashboard under Account → Delete account. Your account and all your events are permanently deleted after 7 days; you can change your mind during this time. Order and invoice records are kept for the legal retention period. Details are in the Data Protection Notice and on the Privacy page.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes by email. For questions: merhaba@biranda.net · [telefon — bekliyor] · [Adres — bekliyor]
