Common questions
What is RSVP?
It stands for "please reply": guests are asked to say whether they will come. With the Online Invitation, each guest replies from their own link: coming or not, how many, which menu. The replies are collected in your list.
How do I add the guest list?
You can add guests one by one, upload an Excel or CSV file, or paste the list you already have in the form 'Name, Group, Phone'. Duplicate names are filtered out.
How are the invitations sent?
Each guest gets a personal link. From the dashboard you open WhatsApp with a ready-made message, pick the person and send it; the message goes from your own number. Sending by SMS is also possible.
What does the guest see?
An invitation that greets them by name: date, time, venue, directions, add to calendar and a countdown. In a few taps they say whether they're coming, how many people and their menu choice, and they can change it later.
Do guests who haven't replied get a reminder?
The dashboard has a ready list of guests who haven't replied; you remind them one by one on WhatsApp. Guests with a registered email who haven't replied also get an automatic reminder once a week (you can turn this off).
