Create the event
Each wedding is its own event: the couple's names, date and venue. Copy the invitation and card design, meal options and messages from a previous event in one step.

Add the couple and your team
Make the couple or a colleague a co-manager by email (up to 5 per event). You run the same event together.

Hand over the numbers
Guests come in from Excel or a pasted list, and personal links go out over WhatsApp. Once replies arrive, print the seating list and give the meal counts to the caterer.

Every event in one account
Switch between weddings from the selector at the top of the dashboard. Each event keeps its own guests, album and settings; events you co-manage carry a "Shared" badge.
Co-managers
They approve photos and manage guests, designs and settings. Buying, refunds, deleting the event and adding co-managers stay with the event owner.
Seating list
Assign guests to tables and print a list with the head count and meal split for every table. The Excel export has its own "Tables" sheet.
Meals per person
A family of four can choose "2 Meat, 1 Fish, 1 Vegetarian". You set the options for each event; the totals are ready in Excel.
Personal invitation links
Import the list from Excel or paste it; each guest gets their own link by WhatsApp or SMS. With the Wedding Website, the same link also opens the programme, travel and accommodation.
On the night
Printed QR cards on the tables; guests' photos appear in the live slideshow on the venue screen as they are approved.
Partner code
Use your own code for the orders you recommend to your couples: you earn commission on orders placed with it, and if you like, it can also give your couple a discount. The rate is confirmed in the agreement.

Who pays?
Each event is paid for separately, once; there is no subscription. The event owner pays: you, if you created the event, or the couple, if they created it and added you as a co-manager. The guest list (up to 100 people) and previews are free; personal invitation links and replies open with the Online Invitation, and guest photo uploads with the QR Photo Album.
Can the couple keep access to the album after the wedding?
Yes. The simplest way is for the couple to create the event with their own account and add you as a co-manager: after the wedding you leave the event or the couple removes you, and the album, guests and orders stay with them. If you created the event, make the couple co-managers; buying and deleting then stay with you. The event owner cannot be changed later from the dashboard.
Can I run 20 weddings at the same time?
Yes. You create as many events as you need in one account and switch between them from the selector at the top of the dashboard. Each event keeps its own guests, album and settings. When you create a new event, you can copy the design, meal options and message templates of a previous one; guests and photos are never copied.
Who is responsible for the guests' data?
The guest list and the photos belong to the couple's wedding, and the couple is responsible towards their guests. You manage the list on the couple's behalf and on their instructions (a data processor, in data protection terms); we process this data only to provide the service. Location data is removed from photos on the phone, and album and invitation pages are hidden from search engines. Details are in our data protection notice.

Full refunds remove the order from the commission base. Partial refund arrangements and payment fees must be agreed separately. A venue credit pilot is measured before volume prices are offered.
